Justine is the Tributes' physician, so she will meet them all, but I don't have the time to thread out every doctor's appointment, especially when she's just starting out and forcing everyone into a physical.

Here, please make a header comment containing your character's medical history and any attributes that Justine is likely to make note of. Beneath that header, please leave a comment any time your character has a serious enough injury/illness outside of the arena to warrant a visit from the doctor. We can thread these exchanges out, or we can handwave it, whatever works best.

The full physical will involve getting in those uncomfortable hospital gowns and allowing her to put her hands everywhere like a regular doctor. Are they hostile? Friendly? This is keeping in mind that Justine will be outwardly friendly and flirt with anyone over 21, but will laugh off any requests for a male doctor. Sexually Active? If so, how many partners within the last year?: No, and no periods or wet dreams though she has kissed her best friend a few times and claims they are dating...but it mostly appears innocent...as innocent as murderous children like Pruna can be anyway.

Alcohol and frequency thereof: She has drank before, but she doesn't make a habit of it. She actually drinks alot of drugged tea at night to help her sleep. It was something Effie got her started on and it seems to help her stay asleep through the inevitable nightmares.

Deaths: 1st death: Ice arena: beheaded by a mutant
2nd death: Disneyland arena: Mild concussion and eaten to death by spiders
3rd death: Candyland arena: Stepped in a bear trap mangling her leg, was eaten by a zombie tribute
Major injury: During a mission for the Capitol to hunt down escaped Muttations Sandy was attacked and one of them forced an egg into her chest through her mouth. The thing burst from her chest but thanks to quick medical attention she survived.
4th death: tropical island arena: Eaten by giant Eel
5th death: Museum arena: Massive facial trauma from repeated use of masks that hook into the skin, arm ripped off, eventually blew herself up with bombs after a violent fight with Mindy
6th death: Silent Hill arena: Bitten on the arm by a zombie tribute, died from infection. Zombie body was beheaded.

Condition: Lean and healthy, she eats decently and works out every day, but her body hasn't fully grown into itself yet so she's lanky.
Medication: She is currently taking a medicated/drugged tea to help her sleep.
Immunizations: She had the usual childhood vaccinations back home
Medical history: The only procedure she's had was when the muttation burst out of her chest and the medics had to save her.
History of Disease: No history of disease, not allergic to anything.
Emergency Contact: Effie, Cinna, Katniss, Peeta, Pruna, Shepard.
Have they recently experienced any life changes or unusual stress?: Aside from the typical hunger games related stress recently her best friend was taken away and she thought she was gone forever. Following that one of her mother figures vanished and was featured on TV beaten bloody and broken before she too vanished to take some "Personal time". And before Pruna was returned to her Sandy was arrested on suspicion of murder and violently tortured. Beaten with fists, shocked, had her fingernails ripped off, starved, and her face branded right on her forehead with the Capitol logo.

Special Needs: She is a metahuman, so if her powers are allowed to manifest she can turn into a stone statue.
Disabling Conditions: Because of the recent torture she is having some extreme anxiety issues.
Notable Scars: Large scar on her chest from the chest burster, branding on her forehead in the shape of the Capitol, scar on her knee from childhood injury.

Other Notable Attributes: larger feet, lanky arms and legs, still developing.
Demeanor: Anxious, twitchy, full of fear and even terror when locked in a room with some mysterious doctor from the Capitol. She doesn't trust you and she doesn't like you and depending on how delicate the Doctor is she may do some shouting and need to be frightened into silence and stillness by the peacekeepers. Her eyes constantly darting around the room for potential escape or weapons.

Other: Her metahuman powers are a genetic trait. As such her entire body inside and out can turn into a living statue. This allows her to suffer extreme injury without bleeding until she changes back. It still hurts like hell but hurts less then it would. She's been seen to be able to survive in this form even after having her limbs blown to pieces but only for a short time. Hypothetically with training she could learn to repair her body with sand and stone but she's never had the opportunity nor the guidance to do so.
